Pick the State from the dropdown (the five #TEACH states are listed first) and set the Effective date, then enter the five figures in the Pricing schedule. The document preview on the right updates live as you type.
If you already know the district’s name and address, enter them to pre-fill the agreement. Leave them blank and the district will be required to complete them when they sign — either way works.
Under Send to district, put your name and email (you’ll receive the signed copy), then the district recipient’s name and email. If your site uses a staff access code, enter it here.
Click Send for Signature. The district is emailed a private signing link, and you get a confirmation email with a link to track status. Your #TEACH President/Founder signature is already applied — you don’t sign again.
The district opens the Review & sign the MOU link in their email. The program details and pricing you set appear as read-only; they can’t change them.
They confirm or fill in the district name, address, and signer name/title (name, address, and signer are required), then draw or type a signature and check the consent box.
On Sign & Send Signed Copy, a fully executed PDF is emailed automatically to both the district and #TEACH, and the record is saved.
Use the status link in your confirmation email to see whether the district has signed yet. From that screen (or the top bar) you can click + New MOU to start another one at any time.
